You can get help to advise a concern, provide a compliment, or make a complaint
- Raise the matter with us directly
- Asking a family member, a friend, your Guardian or Power-of-Attorney to assist you
- Asking your support coordinator / case manager (if you have one) to assist you
- Ask an advocate to assist you. To locate an advocate, visit the Disability Advocacy Network Australia website
- Using an interpreter by calling TIS (Translating and Interpreting Service) on 131 450

If you don’t want to talk or let us know about your concern
Of course, we would prefer to hear of your concern directly, so we can try to resolve it quickly, however there are other people you can talk to:
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) on 1800 800 110
- Your approved Aged Care provider OR My Aged Care on 1800 200 422
- Your work / accident insurance provider, lifetime scheme provider, Veteran’s affairs, etc
- Commonwealth Ombudsman on 1300 362 072 or state/territory equivalent
- Australian Human Rights Commission on 1300 369 711
Please note: these contact options WILL ASK if you have spoken to us firstly, and that we have had a chance to resolve any concern. This is because the raising of a concern MUST follow due process.
