SchemeWise coordination services are available from general (level 2) to specialist (level 3).

Several therapy modalities are offered across the Canberra region only. The SchemeWise nursing assessment service is a great alternative to gather objective evidence if you cannot access an OT.

Our counsellors can travel to people with disability and can help with everything from mental health, to trauma and employment. Or try our psychosocial recovery coaching service.

Where incidents and crisis situations arise SchemeWise also offers a multi-disciplinary debriefing service to help get things back on track and retain staff or support teams.
